You find all proposals in one central place: the Proposals section in the sidebar, or the AI tab on iPhone. You see at a glance what the AI proposes and can act on it right away.
The Section in the Sidebar
At the top of the sidebar, you switch between Projects, Views, and Proposals. The Proposals entry exists only if proposals are turned on in Settings › AI Agents.
Sidebar › Proposals
The entry shows a badge with the number of proposals still waiting for your decision—that is, all proposals with the status Pending or Revision Requested. As soon as all proposals are handled, the badge disappears.
Open and Closed
In the Proposals section, the sidebar shows two tiles with their respective counts:
| Tile | What you see |
|---|---|
| Open | Proposals still waiting for your decision—status Pending or Revision Requested |
| Closed | Finished proposals—status Executed, Rejected, or Superseded |
Switch between the tiles to look up earlier proposals.
Expandable Cards
Each proposal appears as an expandable card. When collapsed, you see the title, status, the number of changes, and when the proposal was created. Click the card to expand it and show all details.
Open several cards at once. You can keep as many cards expanded as you like—handy for comparing two proposals.
The Proposals section has no Inspector; the cards take up the full width of the window.
Archiving and Deleting
When you move the pointer over a card (or it’s expanded), two icons appear in the card header—the same commands are also in the card’s context menu:
- Archive Proposal—only for closed proposals. The proposal moves to the archive, where you can still read it under Settings › Archiving › Browse Archive. To archive closed proposals automatically, set up rules per status in the same tab.
- Delete Proposal—removes the file after asking for confirmation.
Deleting is permanent. A deleted proposal can’t be restored. If you only want it out of the list, archive it.
On iPhone
On iPhone, proposals are in the AI tab (with the same badge). At the top, choose Open or Closed; below that is a compact list. Tapping a proposal opens it on its own page; you make your decision with the bar at the bottom (see Approve · Reject · Revise). To archive or delete, swipe left or use the context menu.
