License agreement
Use of the TandemLoop app is governed by Apple’s standard end user license agreement (EULA): Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The provider of the app is KI Momentum GmbH.
Subscription
- TandemLoop is available as a monthly or annual subscription, each with a free trial month.
- Purchase, payment, and billing are handled exclusively through the App Store and your Apple Account.
- The subscription renews automatically for the selected period unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel and manage the subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings.
- A subscription applies to Mac, iPad, and iPhone and can be shared with Family Sharing.
- Without an active subscription, all data in the app remains readable; editing is then not possible.
Your data
All content you create in TandemLoop is stored as files in a folder of your choice and stays with you—even after a subscription ends or if you delete the app.
